Our Story
The problem we saw
For years, businesses have struggled with outdated and inefficient methods of managing their document templates. They often rely on expensive contractors to build complex, hard-to-maintain solutions using bespoke code like VBA, leading to a cycle of deployment headaches, inconsistent branding, and a constant lack of control. Even many existing solutions on the market are often prohibitively expensive or suffer from poor service and unreliability. We saw this cycle of frustration—firms being held back by their own tools and a lack of viable alternatives—and knew there had to be a better way to provide a truly simple, cost-effective, and scalable solution that ensures every document is perfect, every time.
The solution to the problem
We built Visualdox to be the solution we wished we had. Our goal was to create a powerful, yet simple, Template Management System built specifically for Microsoft 365. We designed it from the ground up to eliminate the need for complex custom coding and to provide a cost-effective, scalable platform that delivers a seamless experience for both administrators and end-users.
